I found this image from the Sartorialist, it was a really old photograph that i stumbled upon and i was instantly drawn to it.   I think i love the picture so much because it's so haunting and her hair looks fantastic.

Perfect Sense

I watched an interview with Ewan Mcgregor a couple of weeks ago and aside from talking about his illustrious career and the numerous gay roles which he's played in the past; he also spoke about his current film, 'perfect sense'.  Directed by David Mackenzie this film has had some very poor reviews, it follows the lives of a couple who fall in love during the midst of an epidemic that takes peoples' senses... maybe the story-line is a little too similar to 28 days later what with sufferers experiencing rage and hunger symptoms- but I'm gonna give it a go cause the art direction looks pretty good and besides all this, ever since Moulin Rouge  i have had an undying love for Ewan Mcgregor.

 These shots are stills from a short film by Craig McDean, where Rachel Weisz features as seemingly neurotic. The film is kind of eerie but I think the styling works well and the atmosphere it creates is unique.

Ever-since that pivotal moment when Dolce & Gabbana filled their front row seats with bloggers mixed with editors back in 2009, the fashion industry has seen a huge shift in roles.  For me this image is so powerful as it showcases the power of the blogger.... and apart from that i love Rumi's outfit here.
